How To create a Boho Glam/ Fall Harvest themed Birthday Party Decor on a budget !

2020 has been strange. So strange that for a second there I considered not celebrating my 24th birthday. With all that’s currently happening in the world and in my life it just felt like an odd time to celebrate my Kobe year. I was unsure of what to do up until the week before, but with a little push from some friends I decided not to pass on celebrating this milestone.

So with little time to spare I decided to put together this Boho Glam / Fall Harvest themed birthday Party and of course , in true Fael fashion, we had to DIY nearly all of the decor for this affair.

Put On Your Party Dress !

It’s a tradition of mine to always wear pink on my birthday. I’ve been doing it for years now as a nod to my favorite color which frankly I don’t wear nearly enough in my regular life so my birthday is just a perfect excuse for me to have a barbie moment.
I found this lovely ruched bubblegum pink dress at Zara. This Spagetti strap mini is uber comfortable and extremely flattering, I’ll easily be able to style this dress to be worn over and over again.

I was able to create most of the décor myself using items I bought at the dollar store and my local craft store I was able to create these large paper leaf arrangements to go to the head of my table. I made my own mini donut wall using a wood canvas and some short dowels, spray painted some mini pumpkings gold to go along my table runner and I even cut my own “pampas grass” with my roommate in an little adventure you can watch here. Perhaps one of the items I purchased that I feel really helped complete this look are these beautiful rose gold chargers. They really elevated this table scape and the rose gold finish on these really helped complete this mixed metal look I was going for.
